1. Description of the Service

TrueStars.ai helps businesses improve their Google review visibility using NFC cards that redirect customers to their review page, along with tools for review tracking and AI-generated response suggestions.

2. Account Registration

By creating an account, you confirm you:

  • Are legally authorized to represent a business
  • Will provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Will not use the platform for fraudulent or misleading activities

3. Use of NFC Cards

NFC cards are provided to direct your clients to your business's Google review page. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring cards are used ethically and legally
  • Not misleading customers into writing reviews

4. Payments & Subscriptions

TrueStars.ai offers paid plans and physical NFC products. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All fees are displayed on the website and must be paid in full before services are rendered.

5. Intellectual Property

The service, including software, branding, and design, remains the exclusive property of Nuvem Catita Unipessoal Lda. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service.

6. AI-Generated Content

When enabled, AI-generated review replies are created using third-party tools. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy or legal compliance of such responses.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Breach of these terms
  • Abusive behavior or misuse of the system
  • Legal or regulatory violations

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Damages due to incorrect or misleading reviews
  • Downtime or service interruptions

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal.

Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Cascais, Portugal.
